StormRush Gear Refund & Return Policy

All Sales Are Final

All StormRush Gear products are made to order specifically for each customer. Because our products are custom printed upon purchase, all sales are final.

We do not accept:

  • Returns
  • Exchanges
  • Order cancellations after production begins
  • Refunds due to incorrect size selection
  • Refunds due to buyer's remorse or change of mind

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at mansawaj@gmail.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • A description of the issue

If the issue is verified, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, StormRush Gear is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
