Refunds & Returns
Because each item is custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Buyer's remorse
- Color preference changes
- Order mistakes made by the customer
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will replace the item at no additional cost.
