StormRush Gear Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with StormRush Gear! Every item is custom-made specifically for you once your order is placed.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days before shipping. Processing times may vary during holidays, sales events, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping Time

Estimated shipping times after production:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • Canada: 7–14 business days

  • International: 10–30 business days

Please note that these are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Delays

StormRush Gear is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs processing

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Events beyond our control

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, StormRush Gear is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at mansawaj@gmail.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and work to provide a replacement when appropriate.
